The hat sections pictured below represent a sampling of the many hat section profiles that we have in our tooling library. Hat sections are typical profiles for roll forming, and there is hardly a day that we are not running thousands of feet of these parts for our customers. See if we can produce your part by using our existing roll form tooling. Maximum height is 3 inches, and maximum overall strip width is 12 inches. With our proprietary punching systems we can save you the cost of secondary operations by doing the punching in-line.
